Ordered double XL, I'm usually a Large so thought it would be plenty big enough. But it was too small, and I had already disposed of the packaging. I was a little disgruntled in that I was stuck with the product, and Rory went out of his way to make contact with me personally. He apologised for the sizing issue, and said that the feedback was useful for him to ensure there was some kind of chart on the site for the future. He also issued a full refund.
I've bought from RPM many times before, and I can recommend their products and customer service.

"Adjustable Tib Trainer "

Arrived way earlier than stated , brilliant packaging , as an engineer I've got to say this is a thoroughly over engineered total quality product. Easy assembly , video tutorial is available via a QR code shipped in box. The standard of welding , and uniform powder coating is worth a second look. Immediately got going with it in my home gym, attaching Olympic weight plates was easy, with a good tolerance for the plate carrier fit , only aided by the QR plate collar included with the Tib Trainer. The high density closed cell neoprene toe pads are a great snug fit with no chance over time if stretching or slipping. In use the Tib Trainer allowed a full RoM, without having to sacrifice contraction of the tibialis, due to the thickness of the foam pads and correct design of the angles across the design, I've used some tib trainers and you get clanking plates , slack at the full contraction, and generally no control throughout the negative part of dorsiflexion - not with this set up, purchase without worry, what a great addition to my home gym👏

Bike arrived quickly and well packed. On assembling the bike found one of the large screw threads was defective so contacted after sales by email, that was 2 weeks ago, still waiting for them to reply.

Thank you so much to Rory, Ella, Denise and all the other staff at rpm, fast delivery and customer service is fantastic. The quality of the equipment is second to none but I have to say how nice and kind they all are to deal with.
I will definitely buy again here, I am delighted with my purchase and the bundle of gear that came with it.
I also had this fitted on site by rpm’s fitter Adam who is an absolute gent and nothing was an issue, he had it fitted very quickly and placement was spot on.
I wouldn’t highly recommend rpm and I wish them all the luck and success in the future. They deserve it.
