It is always a pleasure doing business with RPM POWER. The products are excellent quality and arrive quickly. I like the easy layout of the website, especially labelling things that are out of stock upfront so you don’t have to click in and get excited only then to find something is not in stock. The shipping charges are clearly presented and unambiguous and I think are very reasonable considering how heavy some of the equipment is. I really like the regular sales and have been able to get deals on some pretty nice stuff. Best of all, I appreciate that they stand behind everything they sell, if you have an issue you just give them a ring and it gets sorted quickly. I’ve bought a lot of stuff from them over the years and would highly recommend!

Unfortunately, in the past day or so, out of frustration, I wrote a one star review. I did not give RPM the opportunity to resolve my problem.They immediately responded to me and fixed my issue. needless to say, I am thrilled with the outcome, but more importantly, the customer service that was afforded me. I learned a valuable life lesson today and I am now a customer for life.
