"Norse Kratos machine"

I bought the Kratos machine, it’s brilliant, can do so many things on it. We put it together ourselves, was a tough job but the assembly video was a big help however did come across a mistake in the video but RPM got their installer to call me and helped us sorted it out. Would be great if they had detailed videos showing how to use the equipment properly and different exercises that can be done set out clearly. Thanks RPM

"Very pleased with Powerball "

Delivery was very quick I bought the gyroscopic Powerball to help with getting full movement back in my wrist following a distal radius fracture. I’ve been using it since my splint came off a week ago and can already feel a huge improvement in mobility. I play guitar too so this will come in very handy keeping my hands, wrist and forearm supple and strong when I get back to playing.

The Buying process was easy, very responsive. The machine is pretty good. Only concern so far is the foot pedals and straps, poor design and flimsy, not user friendly when your on the machine trying to tighten them. And it's early days to mention reliability or sturdiness but looking ok at present.
