Must say one of the most pleasant customer service I have received in recent time. Very efficient. Called in the morning to make sure the crosstrainer is in stock in the store as I had over an hour drive. Not only got a very good advice but also one was waiting for me when we arrived. The crosstrainer is compact, quite and nice to exercise on. Good quality. Instruction includes the code to the assembly video. Takes around an hour to put up. Very happy with my purchase. Have it for few day now. Definitely will recommend.
