Fantastic customer service and fabulous crosstrainer Elliptical Cross Trainer – MR-E09. Nice, quite, compact. Took about an hour to put together and taking it out of the box is an exercises in it self. 🙃 There is a code to an instruction video on how to put it together on the instruction booklet. Called Friday morning customer service asking if it's available in store as I've had bit over an hour drive to the location. Got one waiting for me same day for pick up. Very happy with my purchase. Will definitely recommend
