The Kratos Multi-Gym isn't worth the money, regret buying one. RPM power themselves were satisfactory to deal with. They did send a technician to check the machine & it was technically working fine but unless your using heavy weight the cable system is way too hard to use for most exercises. I can use it but my wife can't. If I had known this, I would have got a different one to suit all needs or individual machines for the same money.
