Happy to report that the company responded swiftly to the fact the handlebars do not adjust. What appears to be a fault in the design (or perhaps just the bike I brought) is now being looked into and hopefully will be remedied next week.

UPD yes, it was delivered the same day, but! It was delivered to another house and put my parcel to unknown car inside, and before I should walking to my neighbors to find my parcel and then open a unknown car, fortunately car was open.

I couldn't recommend RPM power higher - its no wonder they have so many stellar reviews.

I purchased a pair of 24KG adjustable dumbbells and bench.

Couldn't believe the quality of the product for the price - top notch piece of kit - both the bench and dumbbell's are very sturdy and great build quality. The dumbbells are so handy - take up very little room and really easy to use.

The service was great - ordered on Thursday morning and arrived Monday. Unfortunately, the delivery driver forgot one of the adjustable dumbbells in their van upon delivery - so I contacted RPM power support and dealt with Denise, she was extremely pleasant to deal with and she quickly assured me everything was shipped and they would follow up with the delivery company - sure enough, the missing dumbbell arrived an hour later!

All round a great company to deal with - and will surely be back again.
