"Outstanding customer service "

During the lockdowns I purchased a pair of adjustable dumbells and kettlebells. The quality of both pieces of equipment were great and the space saving was excellent. A good while later the weight indicators on the pair of dumbells wore and I couldn't see what wight I was selecting. I contacted rpm power and the staff were extremely helpful, sending out a brand new pair of handles free of charge. Would highly recommend and would buy from them again

EDIT to below review: After posting the below review I've since changed the stars from 4-5 after the customer service was exceptional. Only an hour or so after lodging my complaint, I was sent an email from Denise (huge kudos to her on her handling of the situation) who not only apologised profusely but sent out a replacement which already arrived this morning. Couldn't fault it -oh! and this time it was the perfect shade of blue and made me much happier. :) Thanks so much!

I was excited to receive the new mat and whilst the ordering/delivery process was nice and smooth the order specifically stated that the mat would be in BLUE. In all correspondence it quoted blue, which was - in all honesty - the main reason I bought it. Had I have known it would be delivered in BLACK I would NOT have bought it. I need a yoga mat to be a soothing colour for when I'm stressed whereas, (call me a sad hippy type) black just stresses me out as it's such a dark, depressing colour. I want an exchange but apparently that's at my own cost, despite the product not coming as described. If I'd have known it wasn't going to be the colour shown on the image i'd have shopped elsewhere. Very, very unimpressed by this as it's a waste of my money because now I'll never use it.
