Bestellung: MB Sprinter Schiebetürlaufwagen
Der Teil wurde als "lagernd" geführt. Bestellt, bezahlt, Bestätigung erhalten. Dann passiert einen Monat lang nichts. Auf freundliches Nachfragen beim Support bekomme ich keine Antwort.
Nach zwei Monaten ziehe ich die Reißleine und beantrage bei Paypal Käuferschutz, erfolgreich.

Daraufhin meldet sich plötzlich der Fixparts-Support. Das Teil sei von Mercedes "nicht versendet" worden, man bietet mir u.A. eine Rückerstattung an.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren von Fixparts! Ich habe bei Ihnen bestellt, weil Sie das benötigte Bauteil auf Lager hatten! Bei Mercedes bestellen und lange Lieferzeiten in Kauf nehmen, das kann ich auch!

Die Lagerangaben auf Ihrer Website stimmen scheinbar nicht oder nicht immer und der Support ist scheinbar nur vorhanden wenn es ums Geld geht. Ich kann somit leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Can’t fault this company. I was a little worried about how long it would take from Latvia to UK but I needn’t have been, it took 3 business days to get to me which was quicker than the other part I ordered from London!! They responded to my initial query very quickly and the part was genuine and very reasonably priced. The email updates and tracking were spot on too. It was the only company I could find in the world that had the part I needed for my particular Mercedes and I can’t tell you how grateful I am that they are around 😁 Thank you so much Fixparts

Package was very well protected against the elements (well packed box tightly wrapped in plastic), and products arrived in perfect shape and what I expected.

Only issue, that I didn't downgrade them on, was the delay by the shipper between when it arrived in the USA and when it was delivered (over a week).
