"Don’t turn up - 4 missed appointments "

Waited in for 4 appointments and they’ve not turned up for any of them. No communication, just a letter a few days after each missed appointment with a new appointment. Absolute joke!

"Service first time we have used this company"

We rang and booked a service for the first time with with this company lovely friendly chat with lady who booked service. Service engineer arrived did service arranged for new part to be fitted but as this didnt cure the problem another part ordered and now fitted with refund for 1st part. Absolutely brilliant service friendly informative and reliable and punctual. Will definitely use again breath of fresh air from previous warm air service engineer with another company who was rude and totally unreliable

"Quality service. Above and beyond expectations."

I had the first service/inspection of my heating system by Status on 9/10/24 and not only did it seem a very thorough one compared with past ones but I asked the engineer for a little lesson on how I should use all controls. He was excellent and today I feel really confident, for the first time in 9 yrs!!!, as I now know what I am doing. Many thanks Status. (Aged 87).

"Do not use!"

Unfortunately the heating installed does not heat the house. I was either sold the incorrect heating unit or the unit is not fit for purpose. The instalation team are very friendly. However the customer service individual was extremely condescending, patronising, unhelpful and very rude. At present I have a heating system that does not work and is emitting a strange smell, I hope it is non toxic but who knows. I am being chased for money for a heating system that is not fit for purpose and could potentially be dangerous.

"Superb Service"

My experience with Status on two occasions has been nothing short of outstanding. My 84 year old father-in-law who lives alone had his boiler break down last year (needed a new heat exchanger) and then a couple of weeks ago (the silencer foam had perished and stopped the fan working). Status did not install the boiler (begins with A…) but they were recommended by the manufacturer. Pam in customer service was wonderful and kept me informed throughout and the engineer Gary was just superb - courteous, professional and efficient. Great service imo!

"New warm air heating."

Installed new warm air heating in Aston, Birmingham. for my Aunt.
Everyone who we had contact with was polite and helpful. All appointments were kept on time and within the time slot stated. Very tidy workmanship did a very good job. Would recommend them. Very Pleased.

"One off gas boiler repair arranged by…"

One off gas boiler repair arranged by boiler manufacturer - job given to status. The engineer (Gary) did everything possible to get us fixed but one of the parts fitted turned out to be faulty (it happens - can’t be helped).

Despite the boiler not being repaired today - the efforts and customer service received from the company was excellent and Gary was OUTSTANDING !!!!

A engineer attended the house this morning and expected a 85 year old woman to go out in the cold to open the back gate and when he was asked to come to the front door he refused and then said he was denied access to the property unprofessional and a liar

"Great help and service."

These guys were so great. Needed help and advise for my moms air heating system. They pointed us in the right direction and then came and did a re connect and full service.
Updated mom on having to arrive the afternoon not the morning. Each time I had to ask a question via the phone. Very quick response. Tried British gas first complete waste if time. These guys surpassed in every way. Will 100% use them to service again.
