I made an appointment with Scottish Bullion (Edinburgh) to sell some Gold coins. They were more of sentimental value than gold value, I genuinely didn't want to sell them. Personal circumstances dictated otherwise though, they had to be sold.
The whole process was very easy, the customer service representative Craig was so helpful and understanding. He took his time, explained everything to me and finalised the transaction.

Paid in 4 working days. The price received was 95% of the spot price for gold, which is a bit steep. The other option is to fly down to England or trust posting your gold....I decided that they can have the extra 1-2%.
