Got gifted gold then freaked out about it. I phoned Scottish bullion a number of times over a few days to make sure I was doing the right thing and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I got an appointment the same day and even though I was expecting payment after the new year because of people being off for the festive break, I got the promised amount the next working day!
