I recently used the company to sell gold, the service was safe and secure and much better than the alternative of travelling to London to sell bullion back to the treasury, and avoided the risks that would have been involved with travelling long distances with bullion. Craig was really flexible, late on a Friday afternoon after I had totally bombed my 10:15am appt. Followed up with 2 calls to check I was ok and if I wanted to rebook and gave me last slot of the day / week, the only one I could make. When I finally arrived, he sorted me out v quickly and was genuinely pleasant. Last thing he needed before his not so short commute home! His colleague was also v efficient & friendly.
