Great company and easy to deal with. Had to change my booking a couple of times before travelling and Driveaway were fantastic. Nothing was an issue and they were happy to accommodate my changes without fuss. It was advised that we obtain an international drivers licence from the NRMA but this was never used and no one had heard of it overseas. All they needed was my Australian licence. I think that the pressure to obtain an international licence is an unnecessary cost.

We had to wait two hours to get seen by the device desk at heathrow and then I was faced with not getting the car category I paid for. I booked this car almost 9 months in advance and therefore Eurocar has no excuse.

We found the process worked smoothly. The cars we were supplied with were all very late model and low mileage. we were able to upgrade in one instance at a very good rate.

My quote organised to be extended for 3 days so as to gather the rest of my funds together as well! This made life a little easier or I may have lost my booking!
