"I don’t normally write reviews.."

I don’t normally write reviews, though after reading this random 1 star review for this service, I thought I’d balance the books a bit.
I have just moved into a new flat, 3 days ago. I booked Andrea in too deep clean before getting all my stuff unpacked.
Do, yesterday I had my one bedroom flat deep cleaned by Andrea - excellent cleaning solutions ltd.
The flat is Absolutely spotless now, all the white goods were deep cleaned. I was contemplating buying a new fridge because of the smell, and an oven because of the grime. You’d think they’re brand new once they’d finished. I’d post photos of before and after but trust pilot doesn’t do that for some reason?

Secondly, Andrea was one of the warmest, kindest and professional cleaners I’ve encountered. I will definitely be recommending her to the rest of the family and my friends. And look forward to booking them for an after building works clean.

If you reading this Andrea, thanks so much!

I found Andreea after lots of looking for a better agency, and can't quite believe my good luck... Having had a difficult time with a previous agency, with lots of temporary cleaners and being let down repeatedly 👎I was keen to find a better agency.

When I did find Excellent Cleaning Solutions, I liked the good reviews, and within hours of calling her I got to meet the owner/manager Andreea 😁. It's always a good sign when the owner comes to assess a client before finding a suitable cleaner for them.... Andreea really knows how to clean a house (I have never seen anyone clean all the dust out of a radiator before, she has invented a way of doing this which is amazing!), and what's more, she has an impressive attitude about staff care... she clearly works hard to look after her group of reliable and trustworthy cleaners, ensuring they are well supported and paid, she is good at advising what products and kit make for a better, quicker clean and she has been communicating very well with me. Her enthusiasm and energy shine through... She came by herself to do the radiators, and then on another day came back with one of her cleaners, Florika... They did a blitz through the house, moving furniture, vacuuming, dusting and wiping surfaces down high and low, tidying as they went... the place is gleaming and importantly the air feels cleaner with less dust floating around. Although it is early days I am so pleased to have found my new local cleaning agency and a new regular local cleaner in Florika too. I would definitely recommend for a spring clean, and I'm confident they will also be a great regular cleaning service too. Thank you Andreea!
