I have known Andreea for ten years and all her cleaners have been amazing. She teaches them how do an excellent job. If you are not happy with anything she will always make sure things are done the right way. I will have not hesitation to recommend her company.

"🤬 what have I paid for?!?!"

Wow! This cleaner is crazy. I only used her because trust pilot reviews gave 4.9 rating.

She charged for 9 hrs to clean a one bedroom flat. (£25per hr)

Nothing is clean and I have an inspection tomorrow. Fridge has grime, floor not mopped, oven not included in end of tenancy clean (extra £45 per oven), limescale on shower head, kettle not touched, plants knocked over.

The only thing that was good was a carpet cleaner that she recommended.

Paying the carpet cleaner £80 for 1 bedroom was good because he actually did a good job but,

I have paid £200 to Andreea for nothing and this is after bringing the price down from £290

She took of £45 because one of my ovens(microwave) was not dirty.

The total would have then been £245 + £80= £325 for end of tenancy clean for one bedroom flat

I paid the £80 for carpet but refused to pay £290 or £245 for the cleaning.

She called the police from my living room, refused to leave my house, locked herself in bathroom while on phone to police.

Bit…..yes….bit my wife 🤬

My wife may now need a tetanus vaccine. I’m sooo mad, I never usually leave reviews either.

Cannot understand how she has 4.9 rating on trustpilot. I got day light robbery in my own home then the police called on me. WOW!

Andrea and her team have been carrying out our cleaning at our residential address for a number of years. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Professional, courteous, friendly and extremely good.
