"Going places with YMT"

My husband and I started travelling with YMT since 2015, I think. However, I cannot compare and contrast travel companies, since I've only used YMT. Lately, you can find many companies in social media offering places and deals that look enticing, but then I came across the following: this company sub-contracts other companies, while overseas. Since I travel solo, I don't feel confident they will comply with certain agreement outside the US. My first solo trip was 2023, 2024. Tour guides basically befriend everyone. They are cordial and patient. The same for drivers, So, as long as I'm a solo traveler I'll continue using YMT.

I have booked other trips with YMT and have been happy with the trips. This recent trip we wanted to add a pre night stay and upgrade our admission tickets into the Fiesta and was advised that YMT could not handle that for us. I thought YMT is a travel agency and this is something they could handle. Dissappointed!
