Jungle Scout charged me for the entire year upfront. When I reached out two weeks later to cancel and request a refund for the remaining 11 months—especially since we hadn’t used the tool for the past six months—they refused. Their policy only allows refunds within seven days of the charge, which feels extremely rigid and unfair. Disappointing experience!
