Had difficulty with check out. Shipping to a different than billing address. Had the processing loop for a prolonged time. Refreshed. Attempted check out and failed (don't recall why).
Kept on trying (similar results). Finally got it to "check out" only to get a possible duplicate order notice. Checked my credit card and didn't see it pending.
Went through motions again to purchase. Continue on for a shorter # of times. Finally went through.

We were happy for past 6 years with our first printer and needed a second one for our growing business. I did have some difficulties with recommendations on another printer as I wanted a second unit, but customer service helped us solve the issue.

Shipped to wrong address. Paid for 2 day delivery and was stuck at UPS for days.
Didn't send tracking info and gave wrong number when I called, so I didn't know it was held at UPS.
Had to drive 1 1/2 hours to pick it up.

I ordered a merchandize on a 2 days delivery, however I received after 5 business days. The excuse I was given was, they did not have the merchandize in stock and that 2 days is from the time of availability and shipping. What would happen if the availability was in a month ??? that means I would receive my merchandize after a month!! WOW !!
Please next time indicate NOT IN STOCK and when it will be available, this way consumers will have the options to choose.
DO NOT CHARGE DELIVERY for two days and ship in 5. Not good ways of doing a business!!
