The website listed shipping within 24-48 hours. After 3 business days, I get an email stating the order would be shipped 3 weeks later with no reason as to why. I ask if it is backordered and I get another vague email from another customer service rep. Completely unacceptable. Bad at communicating. Lies on their website.

Found out that this business does not sell to individuals. Felt really fishy when they asked me for a copy of my drivers license to verify my address. Don’t know what sort of I’d fraud their scam is, but I did not end up purchasing from this company.

We bought printer Epson ColorWorks CW-C6000A. It stopped to work properly in 3 month after the first use. When we contacted seller and asked to help to change it or repair, they said that warranty is just 90 days and we have to contact Epson directly. I specially tried to buy the same printer once again and didn't get any notes that warranty for two thousand dollars printer is just 90 days. Very disappointed.
