Easy to register hope the class goes well

All the lessons are easy to follow and I love the 24 hour turnaround grades/comments from the teacher. My daughter doesn't feel like its a lot of work. It's broken down in segments. So, she goes at her speed. My daughter's writing has improved a lot these passed 6 weeks.

"Exellent courses offered at all three levels."

Three of my homeschooled students have completed one elementary, one middle school and two high school Time4Writing courses in the past several months. They feel that the courses are challenging but also rewarding. I have found the Time4Writing teacher correspondence and interaction has been EXCELLENT. Feedback on assignments has been timely and complete. My children enjoy completing lessons at their own pace, using the accelerated or regular pacing schedules suggested in each course, as well as choosing whether they listen to or watch a video of a lesson, or both! Highly recommend this website.

"Great concept but not enough instruction to succeed"

The concept and content of the program is great but I was looking for something more "hands off" as a parent. It is frustrating to have to guide and check students work before submitting because if you don't it will come back needing to be redone a 2nd time because the student totally missed the point. The teacher feedback was great and I understand the need for a child to re-do work if needed but the instructions are a bit too much for a child to follow on their own and succeed.

"This was a VERY slim course. Don't waste your money!"

This was a VERY slim course. Not worth the money at all. There is no way you could spend 3 hours a week on it. You look over a brief video (3 min) do a 2 minute assignment and then have to wait 24 hours for teacher feedback (minimal) before being able to work on the next lesson--similar routine. Not something your child gets a lot of practice. It would be MUCH better if there were auto graded activities for practice and then larger actual writing assignments with teacher feedback (where a 24 hour time period for grading makes sense). It is hard to get through in the 8 weeks due to having to wait 24 hours for each little writing assignment feedback. Especially when you have to redo things for very small errors and can't move on. We will miss the last week most likely (the part my child most needs) because of this. Also, not engaging. My daughter hated it and she was highly motivated to improve. Very disappointing.

Teacher was so kind and encouraging to my child. We appreciated this course. It helped my child grow in the area of writing. I would recommend it!
