From the first phone call enquiry I made, regarding a new laptop to replace my old faithfull Lenovo, through to deciding on a HP ZBook which was recommended by 'CruiseTech' after discussing my requirements. I then received an extremely well packed parcel just two days later. The machine is a beast and I am so pleased with the service. Yes, I know Amazon have got this all down to a fine art now, but this is a shinning example that smaller companies can also provide excellent customer satisfaction and we must continue to support that.
