3 tasks completed: replace existing ceiling fan (supplied by owner) and test; replace failed light sensor (supplied by owner) and test; install safety switch to light circuit. Ben (the tradesman) gave notification of arrival time and arrived as stated. During his attendance, Ben was professional and informative about any requirements to acquit the tasks. What was appreciated was his courteous manner to both myself and my wife as he completed his responsibilities. We found him to be approachable about any questions or explanations for what needed to be done.
