Excellent service from The Nottingham shop, who went out of their way to get my item to me despite the delivery people messing about and not delivering as promised.
Superfi even honoured a price reduction that happened whilst item was still in transit which put a big smile on my face, can't get much better than that.
Commication via the shop was excellent and the staff super helpful.

I was going to give 4 stars until I read what it meant - great!. My experience wasn't exactly great but was ok, although the price was good.
I ordered online on the Monday (which advertised next day delivery) and requested delivery on the Wednesday, arranging to stay in all day for it as it was much needed for a service that evening. I then received an email later on Wednesday to say it would be delivered Thursday!! Obviously I was not happy a) because I had wasted a day waiting in for it and b) The church had no music for their service. Had it been for myself and/or I had to stay in anyway it might not have been so disappointing but I think I should have been informed when placing my order that it would not be delivered when I needed it. There is probably small print somewhere to say they are not responsible but it wasn't even despatched until the Wednesday.

Have used Superfi previously.
I believe the Leeds branch closed which gave me a minor reason for concern in relation to making my purchase given trading conditions today, however on calling Superfi the phone was answered quickly, the person who answered the phone in my opinion had good knowledge of the product I wished to purchase for personal use.
I found this much better than a national high street / online company I have used many many times for years who can keep you on hold if they actually answer the phone or manage to return a call.. Overall very good service, very fast delivery and Iam very happy with my purchase. Many Thanks to the lady I spoke to for the help and advise.
