"One of my go to online sites"

I have shopped at Superfi online on and off for several years and have never been disappointed. Whatever I have ordered has been received within a couple of days. Their prices are competitive and they are one of my 'go to online sites' for comparing audio products.

Quick shipping but they allow anyone to sign for the goods, which in this case was a neighbour in the next street.

Didn't reply to an email I sent them either.

Not bad, just many are better.

While the actual process of buying was straight forward (once I found items that were in stock...) customer service was not. Though my fault, returning an item required returning the whole order necessitating a £90 shipping bill. granted this was a finance order but other shops have considered the finance cash to spend and just sending one item back was fine.
I suspect that I shan't be using Superfi again.

I have had a really great experience dealing with the telephone customer service desk, especially Brodan.
There were all sorts of pricing mix-ups on the initial order, which were all resolved very professionally to a customers complete satisfaction.
Delivery was perfect with a delayed delivery day (at customer's request) but the delivery was absolutely on time.
A subsequent orders for two smaller Samsung TV's was again handled perfectly with great customer service, delivery information and timely delivery. A subsequent problem with one of the remotes was sorted very fast.
I had only ordered Denon, Sonos and speakers and the move into a big ticket item was not without concern.
However, following all the conversations, delivery and post-sales service would recommend tis team to anyone looking for simple, honest value
