"Continue to be very happy with Superfi"

Always happy to receive emails from Superfi, from whom I've bought pretty regularly over the years. They choose good quality products across the price-range. I just happened a week ago to be needing a new set of speakers, when up pops an email with exactly what I was looking for at almost half the best price I'd seen elsewhere. Order was done that day, delivery was the next! Fabulous.

Excellent website,product information is good, ordering process was easy to follow & delivery couldn't have been bettered.I ordered with a next day before 12.00pm.Certainly worth the extra delivery charge to know exactly when the item will arrive.Given an hour time slot & tracking system is brilliant.Item arrived around 10 mins. into the hour.

I have previously bought items from Superfi both in-store & on-line & with the last purchase (which was a bargain!) i see no reason as to why i would not continue to do so as the need arose. I had contact them afterwards regarding some background information & the chap on the other end was extremely helpful.

I have to constantly ask when my products were going to arrive, and I still haven’t had both items yet. Also want two pairs of B&W speakers but I’ll buy them elsewhere

Ordered a TV on free next day delivery, received a call to say it's not next day and can be arranged for 2 days time.

The company delivering called Panther Logistics failed to deliver twice by "misplacing" the item. Reviews online of this company show this is a regular occurrence.

Order cancelled with Superfi, start using reputable delivery companies as it will start to affect your own previously good reputation.
