Numerous defective items sent to me inconvenience and stress having to go without whilst being replaced im housebound in ill health now want to take away before replacing and guy I spoke to on phone was happy for me to keep defective and continue to use lol risk of electrocuted AVOID!!!! I suggested id bin they said ok lol

Only downside was Parcelforce, who delivered 4 hours late and real time tracking showed them in the same spot all day, some 40 miles away.
