I was impressed with most of the Superfi service - helpful & courteous staff, clear communication about my order, free delivery. The only problem was the delay in sending my Pioneer CD player - but i gather that was the fault of Pioneer and not Superfi.

Total shambles of a company. Forget about next day delivery , should be never.
Ordered a tv on line over a week ago. got email to say tv would not be in stock FOR A WEEK and delvery would take longer than the usual two days.
A week later told they could not deliver tv to my area as it was TOO BIG.
Then they just cancelled my order and told me they would give me a good price on any other order I would make. Complete IDIOTS !!! why would I order anything from them and then wait to be told they wouldn't deliver.
