I was amazed by the speed of delivery of my order, as I missed the 'same day' option, but the large package arrived the following day, in good factory packaging. This allowed me to fully re-assemble my sound system last Wednesday.The amplifier as described at an excellent price. I fully recommend Superfi with the highest possible recommendation and would use them again without hestiation.Note that I live in the Channel Islands, nolt the best place to receive good postal service.Many, many thanks.

Easy to deal with and product and Price excellent. The only let down was Parcelforce who failed to deliver my item on as expected after taking a day off work. They promised to deliver first thing next day...finally arrived at 4pm...another day off work lost.

"Poor open box testing, poor returns, poor at doing what they say they will do"

Bought an open box record player which didn't work properly so presumably not fully checked. Superfi agreed a refund which involved me be waiting in through an 8 hour collection window with the courier still arriving late.
Despite agreed refund Superfi then sent out a replacement. They have arranged a return before this is delivered but won't refund until they get it back (even though I didn't ask for a replacement, agreed a refund and the replacement won't even be delivered to me). Loads of messing about, poor testing of open box product and poor customer service, wouldn't use again.

Edit / update - finally refunded but took another week and needed chasing up again despite promises. Terrible company to deal with if there are problems with your order.
