When I phoned Onflo Limited unfortunately Anthony was fully booked for a week, but after I explained that we were pensioners and my husband was classed as vulnerable, and we had had no heating or hot water for 3 days, he said he would get back to me. Sure enough he said if I didn’t mind if they came early EVENING he could do it then. Anthony explained everything clearly, gave a clear and reasonable quote, Everything was included in the price no hidden extras to add on, himself and Nathan were quick, efficient and polite, they cleared away the rubbish and cleaned down, highly recommend this company, if you need heating, or plumbing and much more give them a call you won’t be disappointed

Great service from this company, prompt visit from Andrew to give me a quote for a new boiler to be supplied and fitted. He explained everything clearly but told me to think about it that night and he would email me with details so I could decide. I accepted the price and a date for fitting the boiler, however the job was done a few days earlier than agreed as they had a cancellation which was great. The job was done very efficiently within a few hours, and everything tidied and taken away. I would highly recommend this company. Many thanks.

Anthony has helped me for many years now. There’s nothing he cannot fix with your central heating system. He’s very friendly and obliging. I remember in 2018 my boiler packed in. Anthony came to look at it mid afternoon on a Friday. He said the boiler needed a new part but the boiler was old so I asked him if he could fit a new boiler. He advised me on the best one to get and then went off to get it. He came back within the hour and by early evening the new boiler was installed and working. Who else would do this for you ?? Just the other day I text him that my brother in laws boiler was faulty. He came the same day and sorted it within 10 minutes. Then he came to my house and sorted my boiler which was leaking and losing pressure all the time.
You’ll find he’s far cheaper than say British Gas and other larger gas companies cis he’s very fair. He’s also very reliable and honest.
If you have a problem with your heating system it’s a no brainer to get Anthony to sort it.
