I ordered a tennis bracelet made from lab diamonds. The whole experience was amazing. I was able to choose the diamond quality and gold concentration, and most important length of bracelet. The bracelet came beautiful and as described. The shop owner is very professional and patient to answer a lot of my questions in the process of making it. He is very fast to get back to me even though we live in different time zones. His customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this store.

I ordered a ring from Ouros on Etsy and it was a fantastic experience! I highly recommend this seller if you're looking to buy quality, diamond jewellery.

They are lab-grown diamonds which to me is a better option than unsustainably mined or unethically sourced diamonds. The process for selecting your stone is the same. You can choose the colour, clarity, etc. The shop also has a variety of metal options and customization services. The price is affordable and is a much better value compared to other retailers selling similar products.

The owner of the shop answered all my questions and had a really good customer service approach. His designs are exceptional and of great quality, especially for the price! I received Autocad drawings with the ring specs before it was made, and then a video of the finished product to make sure I was happy with the product before it was shipped to me - within a week with the shipping option I chose.

Overall, a fantastic experience with a shop that has great products, services and prices!

"Most amazing experience ever"

Most amazing experience ever! I ordered my diamond and asked for a earring setting and within a day received a rendering. I approved right away and I don’t think it took less then 2 weeks and it was done. Shipping took 4 days and oh my god was I amazed as I saw my earring. Absolutely beautiful and the quality is top notch. Within 2 days I went and ordered a one carat Asscher cut diamond and will also get it set as an earring. So excited and can’t wait what I gonna get after that. 😀

Vijay was very responsive and easy to work with creating a custom ring. He sent a video of the stones while they were loose, a CAD, and a final video once the stones were set. He was very transparent on the clarity of the stones.

I chose upgraded shipping and it was well worth it! My order was easy to track and arrived two days early. I will shop OurosJewels again.
