The company provided great communication throughout the process. I had large (just over 1 ct each) lab grown diamond stud earrings made for my wife. I received confirmation messages, drafts requiring my approval, then pictures and videos of the diamonds with the IGI certificates for my approval. As they went for assembly and later polishing, I received messages and then a wonderful link to the final product video. The next day, I had shipping information and tracking numbers and in less than a week from shipping, the product arrived via UPS.

I would happily purchase from them again. The value and service are absolutely outstanding.

I reached out to Ouros for some custom cut matched trapezoid stones. After some correspondence regarding sizes, estimated carat weight and particular dimensions we agreed on a price and estimated time of delivery. I paid the additional fee for the IGI certification, which I am glad I did as this just confirmed the quality of the stones I purchased.
I am really happy with the stones, the jeweller I have dropped them into reports they look well cut and very well matched to the centre stone I already have.
I appreciated the communication via WhatsApp, I was updated at every step of the process. The delivery was within time frame, with a tracking number that worked all the way from their stone cutters in India to my front door.
I will use them again for future loose diamonds as I feel their product is of the excellent quality they claim and I had really good customer service.
