"My diamonds are GORGEOUS!!!"

I found Ouros via recommendations on Reddit. I reached out to ask if their gold is nickel free, and it is, so I was able to order. They were able to send me all the details (including e-certificates and a video) of the stones I ordered and once I paid the USPS tracking showed that they shipped the earrings the same day. When they arrived we compared them to a pair of earrings we had bought for THREE TIMES THE PRICE from another internet diamond store and the ones from Ouros are both larger and clearer for MUCH LESS MONEY!!! I am now helping my Dad get a specially designed diamond pendant (with chain) for my Mum's birthday. Ouros have been helpful, speedy (they sent the first draft of the design I asked for within a few hours), and amazing value. I won't go anywhere else for diamonds now, win, win, win!!!!!!

DO NOT do business with these people. I ordered, and they readily agreed to make, diamond stud earrings in an invisible setting that would take three weeks. I paid them $4000 up front (my mistake). That was almost three months ago. They have since stated they can’t actually make them according to the computer-aided design they provided to me. They refused to refund my money and continue to try to sell me something else (that I do not want) - differently set studs that look terrible or in the alternative loose, lab-created diamonds that I’m then supposed to figure out what to do with. I had to file a dispute with my credit card.
