I have not received my order as of today 2/1/24.
Received a notice of shipment over 10 days ago but nothing has been received.

This was my second time working with Ouros, specifically with Dhruv and it's been great. The first time I changed my mind about the stone Shape on my custom design so decided to put that on hold. Dhruv was very understanding and patient throughout the process. A few months later I then decided to customize a standard setting they carry, and was very specific about the type of diamond and size I wanted. Again Dhruv was very patient and gave me many stone options until I decided on one. I look forward to working with him again on my custom engagement ring once I decide on the stone shape!

still have not recieved earrings.On 1-5-2024 I called their Texas number and the guy sounded very out of it and he said he will call me back when he gets an update!! They dont tell me who is delivering them, nor a tracking number.i think im being scammed

I’ve ended up with lab grown diamond earrings , that are of great quality, with an independent certification of their quality ,for 70% of the cost else were.
I totally recommend this company.

"Blue marquise"

I have a ring from here and i was happy with that one 😁. A beautiful light blue (dark blue in some light) marquise cut lab diamond set in yellow gold with some details on the bands shoulder. The time was like a month so it did not take that long. The only thing that was a little bumer was that the engraving was missing and also the jewelry certification but I can understand, they hade alot to do. I am still happy with my ring and it is so sparkly and gorg!

"Perfect ring - above and beyond my expectations"

I discovered Ouros Jewels through researching some forums about purchasing an ethical diamond ring as a gift for my wife.

Vijay was very observant and understanding of the kind of ring I wanted to design. He helped draft the CADs and made sure I was completely satisfied before proceeding with the order, and although I was hesitant about paying to a company in advance without receiving a product, I had no reason to be. It went absolutely fine and I got exactly what I ordered.

Vijay had sent videos of the ring while it was being made and also diamond test videos to verify its authenticity remotely. Suffice to say that I also came to the same conclusion when I had it tested at my local jewellers.

The service was above and beyond for me because I had planned a trip to Paris, and seeing as this was my first time ordering a ring in this manner, I had no idea about the turnaround time, but it didn't look likely for me to get the ring in time prior to my trip.

Vijay really pulled out all the stops to get my order processed and delivered to the point that he was emssaging me on WhatsApp worried about whether it had arrived on my behalf!

Luckily, it arrived in time with a few days to spare and my wife loves the ring. So thank you Vijay and Ouros Jewels as I'm sure my wife will trasure this ring for a very long time.

I had a custom 3D .STL file that I need printed in wax. It was large. Ouros Jewelry was the best choice. Vijay Sarkheliya provided excellent service, great communication, extremely reasonable prices, superior quality and detail. I highly recommend them.
