Ordered online, £179.95, they emailed me next day to say total order out of stock, would i like refund, i replied same day asking for refund, no reply, waited few days emailed again asking for refund, no reply, rang many times no answer, emailed few times more, no reply, now have to open dispute through my credit card, total joke, total ripoff company

I had used iconic menswear some years ago. Unfortunately the same outcome as the last time I ordered. I ordered online, then nothing, no delivery, or even a dispatch email. After a week I message, email and Try to phone. (they never, ever answer) I was refunded without so much as a sorry. Never again.

But I can honestly say it was the most hassle free experience from ordering to reviving my item. Fast, efficient and on time, Totally recommend.

A theme I’ve noticed over the years, if it’s not a big name internet seller ie flannels/end and they have majority outlet prices then get ready for poor customer service from the minute you press the buy button, wether it’s receiving special delivery items 48hrs later/day late or phoning the company and no one ever answers, I’m sorry but it’s almost as if cheap prices = poor experience until the item is in your hand, even in the designer clothing world.

STAY AWAY! All there stone island is fake. Certilogo cut out on all items. When you question them about it they give a poor reason to why they do it. Any shop that has took there time to cut out all the logos have something to hide

I ordered a vivienne Westwood t shirt in red but a pink one was sent
I returned it and was refunded in full including my return postage costs.

Not impressed. Ordered my Alexander McQueen shirt they took payment then a few days refunded me to say the shirt is not in stock.
Fed up of companies using this tactic. You should easily know what you have to sell and what’s sold.

Then my pal told me about iconic designer menswear top lads in there really went out they way to get the tracksuit to me they also paid the xtra postage to get it delivered for next day
