the attention to detail in the practical sessions was a great help to me and in all aspects of the course , was helpful and professional. very happy to have done all the modules associated in T and T. thankyou

"No confirmation email received and rude response"

No email was sent confirming that I had completed the course. When I enquired and asked if I had and whether there was to be certification, I received a thoroughly rude response from Paige Ladner "As you have mentioned below in your email, you have only completed this course YESTERDAY, in which we have not had the opportunity to receive back your course documentation in order to issue your certification. Please allow us the time we advise in the confirmation email (7-10 business days) to gather all your assessments and get this certification issued to you."

Actually the course details say "We will issue you with a Statement of Attainment along with an ID card. These will be posted out to you within 5 working days".
However I wasn't asking that. I was simply trying to ascertain whether I had ACTUALLY FINISHED THE COURSE -(see how rude writing in capitals comes across?!).
