"One of the best discovery days you'll go on!"

I went to the discovery day hosted by Richard and team and genuinely it was awesome! I've been to a lot of property events which all talk about investments/strategy however there is a big side of property which is overlooked/not covered by paid courses which is what Richard's niche is, project management! It was so eye opening and informative and it's certainly made me more aware about the risks/compliance side of property. The other thing which I really like is Richard's approach, he's humble, honest and straight to the point, there is no big sell to attend further courses (even though there is a 3 day course), he leaves it with you to decide if it's right or not. He genuinely wants to help people and that is so clear with his content and style. I'll be definitely looking to be part of the 3 day course in the future. Thank you again Richard and team!

I spent the day at Richard’s Discovery Day and throughly enjoyed it. I’ve been in construction since 2015 and have learnt a lot along the way through project managing our refurbs but I learnt more from Richard and his team than I ever expected and took lots of little nuggets of information away from the day that I can use to refine our refurb process. If you are new to construction/property and would like to project manage your own or clients projects I would highly recommend you train with Richard. The value I got in one day was phenomenal so the content on his 3 day course will definitely blow your mind and set you up for an excellent future in project management.
