It's been an amazingly informative 3-day masterclass with Richard. Such an eye opener, all backed with documents. He is so knowledgeable about all things related to construction & its laws, backed with his own real life experience examples which sometimes clarify the information he's given in a more immediate way than many textbooks could. He freely helps out with queries, & has the patience to deconstruct one's problems to find the best & most suitable outcomes. I fully recommend his course to anyone interested in property investment & construction.

"Not to be missed…"

I decided to attend Richards Bootcamp as I’ve been in construction since leaving school (29yrs) and after a brief conversation at a networking event it became very apparent my knowledge had some severe gaps that could land me in some serious trouble if things ever went wrong on one of my refurbishment jobs,

It’s absolutely incredible to discover what you don’t know and learn from one of the or if not the industries most knowledgeable person, ( like if Carlsberg did construction education Richard is that man)

As the stigma about going back to school is often a tick box exercise or going to be a waste of time I can rest assure you this is not one of those events

Packed with incredibly powerful and knowledgeable content delivered in a way we understand, loads of Q&A sessions and also allows mid conversation questions from the group and encourages this too which is often rare in courses

I found all of Richard’s content actually relatable to my day to day running of my business and up and till this point a lot of things I ignored or brushed to one side,

The venue (Woburn) is a lovely place to stay and the quality of the food one the weekend was exceptional and not to forget the special treat at on the last day (Home Made Cake) from Richard’s Wife Gemma

Overall you don’t know what you don’t know FACT!

As a company director or sole trade protecting yourself and educating yourself on project management is a must is our opinion and the value of knowledge for the price of the course surpasses the cost by more than a country mile for sure!!!

""The Condom of the Construction Industry""

I heard Richard say at a networking event "you don't know what you don't know" and that was the lightbulb moment when I realised there was quite a lot I didn't know, that I really need to know, especially about compliance in the construction industry.

After attending Richard's 3 day bootcamp I have a much better understanding of what is required from a compliance aspect and have started to put into place a number of processes and structures taught on the course. Richard delivers all of his content from personal experience and with a lot of passion. His main aim is help people stay safe and compliant with the relevant regulatory bodies, which does feel a little overwhelming at first.

There is a lot of post-bootcamp support and guidance along with a raft of templates and documentation, which means you can absorb and interact with the content on the 3 days rather than trying to copy it all down.

This bootcamp is an absolute MUST for anyone working in the construction industry (and that does include those working in all areas of property development!)
