I am on my second internship and my 4th month here in Madrid and I just love it, especially in the company I am working for both in Hydraspace and now in Delonia software, the people are very nice and eager to work together and collaborate. While interviewing and matching with the organisations, I did run across a few problems. The Intern Group, on the other hand, assisted me in resolving these problems and did the best they could to find an organisation that most closely matched my aims and study majors. The company where I interned was excellent as well. My majors are accounting and finance and I want to be a financial advisor. Even when my main responsibility in the organisation during the internship period was to conduct market research analysis, I also found it very helpful for my future career. My supervisor was really helpful and gave me a lot of advise and knowledge that I never learned in university. I had opportunities to research and presented my ideas to my supervisor, which increased my research and communication skills. Thanks to the guidance and training provided by my supervisor, I was able to develop my soft skills, which included infographics and presentation abilities. Overall, this was a great opportunity to learn new things and experience new role.

The program itself gave me an opportunity to meet other interns (and locals) of different cultures and outlooks, which made my experience all the more enriching!

My internship was a milestone. It gave me confidence in my skills and I was encouraged to communicate. I was assigned at a smaller company so the working environment was fun as it felt more intimate.

Overall, this was a memorable time!
