This company needs to tighten up their business structure. I placed an order for a gift card, and the order never went through, but there was no reason or no way to find out what was going on. Eventually, I was told the image I had selected was copyrighted. I will give them another “hesitant“ try.

*Update- I am asking that your company provide a courtesy e-gift card for your lack of assistance over the course of 4 days. This cause great frustration on my end and the recipient missed getting the e-gift card in time for her birthday.

My recipient was not able to access her ecard gift and your customer service team has not resolved the issue. Horrible service. I want a refund.
