El peor servicio al cliente que he visto en mi vida, yo hice una cotización en línea para mi mascota en este seguro y en varios pero ellos son los únicos que llaman para estar insistiendo en que compre y presionando, pero me llamaron en mi horario de trabajo y les colgué porque no podía hablar y el chico me escribió un mensaje molesto, esto me escribió “ Le vamos a pedir el favor de que no vuelva a aplicar a nuestra compañia, si no esta interesa no siga aplicando y mucho menos tirando el telefono, no nos interesa tener clientes como usted. Que tenga un buen dia.” No sé en qué momento pedí q me llamaran quieren vender a la fuerza. Me parece que es una frescura de su parte su nombre es Brayan y créeme que jamás voy a comprar una póliza con ustedes son una basura de seguro engañoso. Estamos en un país libre yo cotizo las veces q quiera para decidirme por el mejor seguro para mi mascota porque es una decisión importante y no necesito que me llame para presionar nada y menos en mi horario de trabajo, pero gracias con esto queda claro que ustedes no son una opción.

I had a very bad experience with one of the reps from Kanguro,( that made me feel like this insurance wasn't all important and canceled it without even taking the time to explain all that I and my new puppy would be losing and didn't care )but if it wasn't for Edgar Lomas taking time out of his busy schedule to help me out and explain all the aspects of what Kanguro really provides in detail and how it was beneficial for my New Baby- Joe-Angel and I for him to have this insurance and to be safe and secure in the future, then I would of senserially walked away and let it go. Fortunately due to his kindness and ability to talk to one with respect and understanding and patience, I was at ease to be reinstated and move forward as a Kanguro client. Thanks a million Edgar and I really appreciate all that you were able to do for us.

Is this a real company even? I try to contact customer service since I'm getting charged monthly and I DON'T HAVE A PET. Never getting an answer or a resolution to stop these payments.
