I've been trying to order for almost a year. I need help with my order, and every time I initiate a chat / facebook message or whatsapp msg with a support person, they stop responding after 1 or 2 messages. They promise to come back to you but never come back. I know it's a good company, but I think they cherry-pick their customers.

I purchased their Adjustable Cable Pulley Machine. I chose this cable machine as the height matched my circumstance. Once built it's good quality but the box was missing some parts. I emailed them and Sam got back to me within 24hours. He apologised and immediately sent the replacement parts.
