Whoever works in the packing department needs a raise, each item was very well protected for transit, even though the outer box was punctured when received, the items were in perfect condition. "3 issues????"

3 issues. First one I can let go but the other two makes me question quality.

First Issues was with the jammer arms 2.0. The mounts were warped and the pin wouldn't fit in the back. After messaging them they were keen to send out new non warped mounts which indeed did fit a lot better.

Second and third issue is to do with their RIVAL J-1 SERIES FOLDING POWER RACK WITH CABLE SYSTEM.

Second issue is the bottom rear connecting tube isn't even the same one as advertised in the picture and in fact isn't even the right tube for the product. The textured foot placements what are meant to be welded on aren't even their nor the center holes for the pulley system to attach too. What's weird is that the holes for the two barbell post on the sides were though...?

Third issue is one of the cross beams have two tabs on it what are intended for the hinge of the pull up bar to attach too. These two tabs are warped and I cant for the life of me fit the pull up bar to it.

Im sorry @RivalStrength I can see where your products shine but In the end they're really shouldn't be a single issue let alone multiple.

I must admit I have faith in your company to fix my problems as the customer service during my first order issue was great. and I trust you will fix my other issue's but having multiple things warped, Holes and welded bits missing to tubes what are meant to be there is another thing. I'm disappointed and I hate being a mither to fix things.

So I don't think the review will change much even after you've dealt with them. *sigh*
