"The voucher codes are invalid"

Hi there
I would like to submit a review of this company. Although the nappies and wet wipes very found good quality and pleasant, we struggled processing the vouchers which we have received. We couldn’t enter the code and therefore we were unable to use them. When approaching the company, no one have answered the phone neither replied to the email. It is a big shame, as this process and treatment has put the company rating down.

"Not the one 😔"

I ordered a free pack which came very quickly, however it only had one of each nappy inside. I appreciate this is a non issue (although the free pack isn’t free as such) but on the website it says you’d receive two of each nappy; one nappy isn’t really enough to make your mind up also. I emailed customer service and never had a response. I also find the website quite difficult to navigate and one nappy seemed better than the other but I wouldn’t know which is which as the website doesn’t really show photos of the two types in the individual pages. I really wanted to like the whole experience as we’re looking for good clean nappies but this wasn’t it 😔

Am absolutely delighted with sample pack received from beaming baby such a lovely variety of eco friendly products to try out. After the first package arrived empty their customer service were fantastic and rectified this within 2 days providing a replacement. Would recommend 😊

"Unabsorbant"

These nappies aren't absorbant at all. Was always leaking through the nappy onto the baby grow, even the babies bedding would end up wet! I ordered a 2 week supply with a voucher I got in a pack off my midwife, the only plus was I got loads of baby wipes but I ended up giving the nappies away as they was no use. I would not recommend these nappies! You can get better quality in supermarkets

Outstanding service and product.
Baby had nappy rash using pampers and Aldi’s own, put these on Amy’ and within a day it was gone. Soo worth the money for baby to be comfortable.
Can not recommend enough!

"Aggressive marketing doesn't help you"

Aggressive marketing doesn't help you. I was a subscriber (signed up when I was pregnant) but the amount of marketing emails wrote in capital letters I was receiving daily just made me angry at the company, felt like you're trying to force me to buy.
I would wake up to 2-3 emails from you! All starting from 'Charlie and Jane'.
Usubscribed and will never buy anything because I will get bombarded with useless marketing.

Absolutely fantastic company. Customer service is above and beyond. Fast and reliable shipping with next day delivery. Packaged well. Great free samples. BB and eco by Naty both wonderful nappies for my boys and really pleased about the reduced environmental impact. Really rate this company.

"The best biodegradable nappies"

I tried different biodegradable nappies before and had issues with them leaking and holding up throughout the night sleep of my baby. With Beaming Baby nappies this is not an issue any more. They are soft and pleasant for skin, quite thin (in comparison to other biodegradable nappies) and most importantly not leaking. My baby skin was never irritated. Definitively recommend them!

"Highly recommended"

" I initially bought Beaming Baby nappies because my little girl kept getting nappy rash with other brands. Although they're more expensive, they're totally worth it! She's had no nappy rash with these at all, they are really great quality and super absorbant. They hold much more than other brands and we barely have blowouts anymore since swapping to these. It's a bonus that they're more natural too!

Delivery is fast and the one time I had an issue with my package being damaged they replied to me quickly when I contacted them and sent out a replacement which came the next day. 100% recommend!"

"Fantastic"

These are the only Nappies that I can rely on to not have any leaks so my baby can sleep though the night without waking up soaking wet. He's never had a nappy rash with them either. They fit really well, with no skimping on quality. Every other brand of nappy I've tried are terrible in comparison, with either bad absorption leading to nappy rash or poor fit. Beaming baby Nappies are definitely money well worth spent. Also, the delivery is so unbelievably quick! Thank you very much to the beaming baby team for creating such a great product
