Issues with Lag and Chart Disappearance on Global Prime Platform, but Responsive Support

I’ve been using Global Prime for my trading, and I’ve encountered a couple of frustrating issues.

Firstly, there’s a noticeable lag during my trading sessions, which affects my overall experience and makes it difficult to react on time.

Secondly, I’ve had problems trading Bitcoin (BTC) on their platform. The market for BTC seems large, but I faced issues when trying to trade it, possibly due to the platform’s response time or connectivity.

Additionally, while using the MT4 charts, I’ve noticed that the screen suddenly disappears while I’m actively trading, which is quite disruptive and causes me to lose track of the market.

On the plus side, their customer support team has been very responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns, which is a definite plus.

I hope Global Prime can resolve these technical issues to enhance the overall trading experience
