"Soft silky coat & a spring in his step"

I wasn't sure that Arlo, my 7 year old beagle, would enjoy this supplement but he absolutely loves it. He's been taking it for a month now & the 1st thing I noticed was how wonderful his coat is, so soft & silky. He has also developed a spring in his step that wasn't there before. It's early days but I would definitely say it's working.

"They do not cancel the subscription even if asked"

Wanted to cancel my subscription, which is not possible to do online and even asking via email is apparently "not possible". I have been asked to speak to their "dedicated team" who will certainly try to convince me to keep the subscription, like they know better what I actually need. Its a disgusting practice and such companies should not be given any money.

Last summer my 11 year old German Shepherd was scratching and biting holes in his legs and his general condition was rock bottom but since finding Canine Prime, this has greatly improved his wellbeing and brought his black and tan colours back to life. What it claims on the product makes sense and it works, I've just bought another 6 tubs as consistency is the key!

BEWARE of Subscription!

I ordered this for my dog. I saw no difference in him but he’s only 5 and we wanted to use it as a preventative measure. Having ordered too much I intend to suspend the subscription for a short while until we were ready to order again.

As I placed my subscription online without having to email or speak to Dr L’s team I expected to cancel online. Surely if that’s the method of ordering that’s the method of cancelling. Nope. Beware, there is no way to do this online. Why?

I emailed them to cancel and received no reply at all. Why? Because they don’t want you to cancel.

I emailed again with an ultimatum that I would not pay and seek refund if they did. I got a rude response telling me to call them and warning me in bold writing that, “ Please be aware that your subscription will remain active until you make further contact with us.” Why? Because they don’t want you to cancel.

I replied with a warning that we were communicating I would not be calling instructing them to cancel staring I would contact the ombudsman if they refused.

They relented quoting data protection as an excuse.

I will not be using Dr L’s products again because there is no parity when it comes to ordering. Despite wanting to restart once my supply dwindled.

Bad experience all round.

"This is an excellent product"

This is an excellent product, our working cocker, has issues with his gut. So we have to be careful when it comes to food and treats. I have noticed that when he goes to the loo it’s now much better, coat appears to be shinier also. Only problem is run out and awaiting another delivery do try it you won’t regret it !!

"10yr old Cocker seems years younger "

Our 10yr old Cocker was really lethargic, not interested in walkies, unable to jump up onto the sofa without a great deal of hesitation and effort. She was actually trembling most of the time. We started her on Canine Prime a month ago and my what a difference its made. No more trembling, excited about walkies and jumps on the sofa without hesitation. She seems years younger and much happier. Thanks Canine Prime, we couldn't be more pleased.
