"Great product but shocking delivery"

The product is great and has really helped my elderly dog. But the courier service they use is, to say the least, dire. There is no real time tracking, no way to interact like all other courier services to make changes in transit, or specify a safe place, alternative address or delivery date. Once it’s sent it’s sent. I go away from time to time, and the delivery ended up in my recycling bin - fortunately rescued by an observant neighbour on the very day of collection. I’m going away again and will miss delivery again, with no way of contacting the courier to advise.
It is an expensive item to have stuffed in the bin again and causes so much frustration when other companies have their delivery options so well organised. I contacted them last time and pointed out the flaw in their delivery process, but to no avail, and here we are in the same situation yet again!

So this has been a great experience following on from viewing the video and trying the Feline 40 for my cat Moose! He has been very active to now to clean up his food placed for him when we add the powder 1/day and seems more comfortable than before. Thank you for creating this adorable supplement!

Our dogs love this. We have particularly noticed the difference in one of our dogs who is susceptible to bloody colitis. She has been great, stools are good, coat has become really silky and eyes even more sparkly. But all the dogs love it and lick their bowls cleaner than usual! Whilst it may not be cheap it is really worth the money..and I am fussy!!

"Canine prime"

My dog finished her first months canine prime, to be honest I haven't noticed any changes but she is a pretty healthy dog and I started using this to hopefully keep her that way. I am waiting for the second one to arrive. The weird thing is you sign up for repeat but following the guide lines my dog needs two flat scoops in her food once a day so it ran out over a week ago so doesn't last. Not 100% sure about it at the moment
