During the course of selling the house there were a few obstacles to overcome. We had great support and regular communications from the same lady each time. Her cheerful manner made it a pleasant experience.

But to our amazement our contact Shannon at the branch was a super star .
She cased solicitors (all 3 parties) kept us informed daily weekly and even helped our buyer sort out an issue they had with their property .

It as if it was Shannon's own house she was selling . Detailed communication had been left when she was off on leave so nothing fell behind .

The sale of our property took nearly 2 years to complete yes 2 years and throughout the sale Shannon was on the ball all the way through and saw it to the end .

I believe that she played a massive role in getting our property sold and we cannot thank her enough .
