The people that work here are very knowledgeable and Susan, at the front desk, always takes the time to explain what the tech means on suggestions and what they did to diagnose or fix the issue. My experience with Cottman is my best EVER with a repair shop. Susan was great about letting me know what was happening and despite some changes to the work that needed to be done, they still had it completed exactly when she said it would be.
