I had a serious fall off my horse and contacted the company to inform them of the accident. True to their word, I received empathic communication and was issued a gift certificate to replace my helmet at 1/2 price. Not only was I protected from a potential head injury, but I was also ensured continued protection by getting a replacement at 1/2 the cost. This company truly has customer satisfaction and safety as core values!

"Hands down the most comfortable helmet…"

Hands down the most comfortable helmet out of the 4 brands I have tried. I actually forgot I had it on and wore it from the barn into the house. Hoping not to ever test the MIPS system but glad it is there.

"Not a great first impression"

Received an email for 20% off and even though I had to take a pay cut due to Covid-19, I decided to order a new helmet since mine was recently involved in a fall. The helmet came in record time but sadly, it didn’t fit right. Since there is only a 14 day return policy, I immediately emailed per the return instructions. Then a few days went by with no response and I called and left a VM. Then a few more days passed and I emailed again. Then a few more days passed and I called and left another message. On day 10, I posted on an equestrian FB forum and found out that Trauma Void and Back on Track are owned by the same parent company. I forwarded my email thread to the BoT contact asking for assistance and immediately get a response from BoT and then not much later, a response from TV. I was going to exchange for a different helmet with a deeper profile, but have decided to search for a company with better CS. This is my first interaction with TV and I’m very saddened as I ski and bike in MIPS technology so want to ride in it as well and there aren’t that many MIPS riding helmets on the market.
